Pugilist Specialist is a piercing look at our nation's military power through the eyes of a group of soldiers assigned to perform a "black-ops" mission to kill a middle eastern dictator. The play explores themes of freedom, gender equality, power, and what it means to be a soldier in the modern age. True to Shaplin's style, the play is darkly engrossing, pulling the audience into a a combat that is all too real.
This play is directed by Tyrone Brown. It features the acting talents of Andy Tribolini, Lyam White, Colin Featherston-Wilkinson, and John-Paul Wilson.
